- Call us on 01749 678997 to discuss the problem initially
- Once we agree that it’s something we can help with, simply click on the TeamViewer link below and this will bring up a new Web page.
- If you get prompted to save or run, choose run. Otherwise choose Save, then run it after it is saved. In Internet Explorer you should be prompted to run it. In Firefox, you may need to press the Down arrow in the top right of the window to show the list of downloads, then Click on the “Ninite Teamviewer” entry. In Chrome, you should see the download at the bottom; just click on it.
- Teamviewer will now start installing. Once finished, press Finish or Close.
- You should now see a TeamViewer icon on your desktop.
- Double-click on this and you will be presented with a new window.
- In the left-hand side of this will be a box with “Allow Remote Control” as its’ title. Below this will be “Your ID” and “Password” boxes. We will need these two pieces of information.
